After receiving positive feedback about our October discussion on Problem HR Situations, we have decided to reconvene in December for more case studies dealing with everyday situations you face as an HR professional.
Please join us on December 1, 2015 as we discuss additional problem scenarios we have observed through the years. We will pose the questions, and the room will work together to think through possible responses and solutions. Merry Campbell, Co-Chair of Shulman Rogers’ Employment Law Group, will lead the discussion and provide practice advice on:
– Harassment and Discrimination issues
– Wage and Hour issues
– Misclassification issues
