DOL Says FMLA May Require Indefinite Part-Time Schedule

Do you have to change a full-time job to part-time? Under the ADA, offering a reasonable accommodation does not require you to change the fundamental nature of the job. A new opinion letter from the DOL suggests that the FMLA might impose that requirement.
