2022 Employment Law Subscription Packages: New Option Now Available!

We are pleased to announce: Subscription pricing is here to stay! Based on your feedback, we have added some options so you can find the budgeting plan that best suits the needs of your organization.

Prices will go up on January 1 – so we encourage you to lock in 2021 rates before the end of the year.

Q: Why does subscription pricing make sense?

A: We know that people sometimes hesitate to call us because they fear the legal bill. But sometimes it’s the call you don’t make that costs you the most, when the easily-solved problem balloons into a tragedy.

Some clients feel that our subscription model is like having access to a General Counsel for a fraction of the expected cost.  Our goal is to help you to protect your company and stay out of court by maintaining open lines of communication with us and to encourage you to involve us in your decision-making. The more you call the more you save, as the effective hourly rate is substantially discounted for those who make good use of the subscription options.

Option 1:  Subscribers will receive up to 5 hours per month of strategic advice and counseling.  Includes handbooks, EEO training, management training, and all employment-related documents. Subscription clients can call any time, but most also schedule a monthly status call just to make sure employment-related legal concerns stay on the radar.  Popular topics of discussion this year included:  COVID and workplace concerns, vaccine mandates, ADA requests & accommodations, Service Contract Act compliance, FMLA leave, workplace harassment and discrimination issues, policies, complaints and EEOC or other administrative charges, background checks, sick and safe leave policies, wage/hour & overtime compliance, FLSA classification/audits, independent contractor classification, severance packages, reductions in force, business tort concerns, union issues, including collective bargaining, grievance procedures, ULP’s and union organizing advice.

NOTE: 12-month commitment required, $1,500 per month.  Excludes litigation and corporate investigations.  Monthly hours do not roll over and any work beyond the 5 hours per month is billed at regular hourly rates less a 10% “Subscription Plan Member” discount.  [Price increased to $1,750 per month effective 1/1/22].

Option 2:  Subscribers will receive up to 60 hours of employment law-related legal work.  This option includes everything above, plus employment litigation and corporate investigations.  It also means we can get the work to you more quickly because you are not limited to the 5 hours per month.

NOTE: 60-hour commitment required, fee is $19,000.  Hours available for 12 months following activation of the subscription. Unused annual hours do not roll over from year to year.  [Price increased to $21,000 effective 1/1/22].
